How Could Close Settlements Be A Strength

Answer: being able to do stuff for yourself, not needing to rely on others

Question: How could close settlements be a strength?

Answer: They only had to take orders from one government since their settlements were close. This made their orders clear.

Answer: Having separate governments, they weren’t unified and there could be differences in opinions on how to proceed in war.

Answer: I can infer that the orders for battle were more strategic since they got the upper hand and controlled all of New France.

Answer: The French didn’t have their supplies needed for war. For example, ammunition needed for war and food for soldiers to survive.

Answer: A desire for good farmland caused many colonists to defy the proclamation; others merely resented the royal restrictions on trade and migration. Ultimately, the Proclamation of 1763 failed to stem the tide of westward expansion.

Answer: I would feel angry because i dont want anyone using my stuff aspecially not the enemy.

Answer: The British government felt that the colonies should share in the expense of the war and help to pay for the British troops in the Americas. The Stamp Act of 1765 was a tax to help the British pay for the French and Indian War.
