Question: 1000

Answer: (High voltage warning )

Incoming voltages are suspected to be high.

Check voltages and make sure their not too high

Question: 1001

Answer: (Low voltage warning)

Incoming voltages are suspected to be low.

Check voltages and make sure their not low.

Question: 1002

Answer: (High voltage fault)

Power issue

Perform power cycle

Reset the breaker. And wait 90 secs to turn fan on

Check incoming voltages on L1 , L2 if single phase.

Check L1 , L2 and L3

Question: 1004

Answer: (Phase current A high)

Current not regulating, vibration or sudden shutdown.

Verify motor parameters, perform power calibration, possible bad drive.

Question: 1005

Answer: (Phase current B high)

Current not regulating, vibration or sudden shutdown.

Verify motor parameters, perform power calibration, possible bad drive.

Question: 1006

Answer: (Phase current high C)

Current not regulating, vibration or sudden shutdown. verify motor parameters, perform power calibration, possible bad drive.

Question: 1013

Answer: (Phase current following error)

Fan stops

Verify blade settings

Verify motor parameters

Fine tuning lower rpms

Verify number of blades. Maintain clearance from blades to structure

Question: 1014

Answer: (Sudden change of fam speed) controller looks for a change in speed bounded by a minimum RPM in a certain amount of time. 10 (20%) rpms in 0.1 sec

NO obstructions in blades perform power calibration verify motor parameters

Question: 1015

Answer: (Tilt limit exceeded)

Fan is vibration more than normal.

Verify mount is secure and bolts are tightened appropriately. Make sure guy wires are tight no slack on them.

Question: 1016

Answer: (Vibration limit exceeded)

(Tilt limit exceeded)

Fan is vibration more than normal.

Verify mount is secure and bolts are tightened appropriately. Make sure guy wires are tight no slack on them.
