Starbucks Cold Brew Recipe Card

Question: Caffé Misto (MIS)

Answer: 1. Steam milk (ST: short line, GV: tall line; aerate 1-3 seconds)

2. Add coffee

3. Finish (fill cup with steamed milk and 1/4” foam to 1/4” below the cup rim)

Question: Clover Brewed Coffee (CBC)

Answer: 1. Weigh + ground (S: 26g, T: 40g, G: 50g, V: 60g)

2. Brew and finish

Question: Iced Clover Brewed Coffee (ICBC)

Answer: 1. Weigh and grind (S: 26g, T: 40g, G: 50g, V: 60g)

2. Brew

3. Finish: add ice 1/4” below cup rim

Question: Iced Coffee (IC/ICM)

Answer: 1. Pump classic syrup (T: 3, G: 4, V: 6, TR: 7)

2. Add iced coffee

3. Add milk (add this step for iced coffee with milk)

4. Finish: fill with ice to 1/4” below cup rim

Question: Cold foam modifier (CF)

Answer: 1. Add milk

2. Add syrup (2 pumps vanilla syrup)

3. Blend cold foam

4. Finish: leave 1” of room in the cup and top with cold foam

Answer: 1. Add milk

2. Blend cold foam

3. Finish: leave 1” of room in the cup to top with foam

Question: Cold Brew or nitro cold brew with salted cream cold foam (SCCF)

2. Pump caramel syrup (T: 3, G: 4, V: 6, TR: 7)

3. Pour cold brew concentrate

4. Add water (for tap and nitro)

5. Add ice (skip this step for nitro)

6. Finish: top with salted cream cold foam

- Pour nonfat milk to 100ml line

- Pump 2 pumps of honey blend

- Add 2 packets of salt
