IHateCbts Honor Code of Conduct
At ihatecbts.com, we believe in learners. We believe in their ability to learn with determination and integrity. That’s why our mission is to make learners unstoppable by helping them practice and master their material honestly. Combined with your organization's integrity policies, this Honor Code sets out ihatecbts.com's expectations for your study behavior on our platform. When you’re studying with ihatecbts.com, you’re agreeing to uphold this Honor Code.
Start with your instructor or supervisor. Each organization or course has its own integrity policies. We recommend that you have a conversation with your instructor or supervisor so that you can understand your responsibilities regarding posting, sharing and accessing study material online. If you’re unsure about what’s allowed in your course, the best thing you can do is to ask your instructor or supervisor. Remember that each course may have different rules.
We believe in you. If you’re tempted to use ihatecbts.com in a way that’s inconsistent with your values or your instructor’s or supervisor's expectations, remember that you can succeed with honest study and the right support. Don’t cheat yourself of an opportunity to learn. No matter how hard the material might seem, or how much time you have left to study, you can make study choices that you can be proud of.
Help other learners to study honestly. The way you use ihatecbts.com can also impact how other learners use our platform. If you’re using old tests to study, this material may still appear on other learners’ tests later. If your set contains test content that your instructor or supervisor has asked you not to post publicly, it should be made private.
The misuse of our platform to cheat is incompatible with our values and is prohibited by this Honor Code. Here are some examples of unacceptable behavior:
Violating the integrity policies of your organization or course
Posting the answers to a test and sharing them with other learners who haven’t taken the test yet
Sharing material on ihatecbts.com with your peers during a closed-book exam or test
Using ihatecbts.com during an exam or test to plagiarize answers
Publicly posting material that your instructor or supervisor has asked you not to
The bottom line: Don’t use ihatecbts.com in a way that you wouldn’t want your instructor or supervisor to know about.
ihatecbts.com is for honest study on your path to becoming unstoppable, and we ask you — both learners and instructors — for your help to keep it that way. If you find active test questions and answers in ihatecbts.com study sets, please submit a report to us and we’ll address the issue promptly.
