Answer: He was the brother that saw the other two brother in the newspaper. He made it an even bigger story that these two boys will become a third. He attended Queen's college.

The people conducting the study lied to the parents that this is an ongoing study and they do this to millions of children, when it was really only them.

Answer: They all confronted the agency and demanded answers. They asked why there was a study and they left with no answers. When they left, Bobby's father realized he forgot his umbrella and went back for it. As he opened the door, he saw them all toasting Champaign like they dogged a bullet.

Answer: He found this secret study of separating identical babies for the purpose of scientific experience. They where used as lab rats. When the option was put up, the agency wanted a specific "type" for each boy to help the study move along, and the parents did not know. The study was not published.
