Insert A New Row Into The Form Layout

Answer: click “tuition pay”, click arrange in form layout tools, click select rows in rows/columns category, click insert above

Question: add the image UniversityLogo to the form header as a logo. don’t switch views

Answer: design, form layout tools, logo in header/footer section, click UniversityLogo

Question: switch to the view where you can modify the structure of the report without viewing any live data

Answer: click arrow on view, click design view

Question: select DOB column and move it to place it between the first name and GPA columns

Answer: click DOB, arrange, select column, drag DOB between first name and GPA

Question: from the layout view, add automatic totals to the GPA column to calculate the average GPA

Answer: select GPA column, right click, click arrow on total, click average

Question: from layout view, add the date/time to the report header using the date format similar to similar to 31/may/16 and the time format similar to 1:12 pm

Answer: click design, date/time, 31/may/16, click 1:12 pm

Question: create a new table in datasheet view. save it with the name: degrees

Answer: click create new table, click save in upper left cornera
